TQ Kuari Driver is the work app that TQ Kuari's lorry drivers use to receive delivery jobs, record trips, and log vehicle checks. It is only for TQ Kuari drivers. You need a driver account from TQ Kuari to sign in. This page explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What the app collects

• Your account: your name and work email, and a device ID that the app creates so the office can tell your phones apart.
• Location: your GPS position at key moments of a trip: when you take over or hand over a lorry, when you arrive at or leave a site, and when you record a delivery. The app only reads location while it is open. It does not track you in the background, and it does not track you outside work.
• Photos: the pictures you take in the app: weighbridge tickets, delivery dockets, odometer readings, fuel receipts and vehicle defects. The app only uses the camera when you tap a photo button.
• Delivery details: the name and signature of the person who receives a delivery.
• Vehicle records: the checks, fuel fills, battery readings, tyre events and odometer readings you enter.
• Sync health: basic technical details, such as when the app last synced, how much work is waiting to send, and the app version, so the office can help if something is not sending.

The app does not collect your contacts, messages, call history, or files outside the app. It has no advertising and no advertising ID.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to run TQ Kuari's deliveries and fleet: to give you jobs, to prove a delivery happened, to bill customers correctly, to keep lorries safe and maintained, and to fix problems with the app.

Where it is kept and who sees it

The app stores your work on the phone first, so it works without signal. It then sends it over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to TQ Kuari's own server. Your sign-in token is kept in the phone's secure storage.

TQ Kuari staff who manage deliveries and the fleet can see this information. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share it with companies that host our server and storage for us, and only so they can provide that service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep trip, delivery and vehicle records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet accounting and legal record-keeping rules. After that we delete them. When you sign out, the app keeps any unsent work on the phone until it has been sent, so nothing is lost.

Your choices

You can turn off location or camera access for the app in your phone's settings. Some steps, such as recording a delivery, may then not be possible.

Delete your data

Driver accounts are created by the TQ Kuari office, not in the app. To delete your account and your personal information:

1. Send an email to tqkuari@gmail.com from your work email, with the subject "Delete my TQ Kuari Driver data".
2. Say your full name and the email you use to sign in to the app.
3. We reply within 14 days to confirm, and then close your account.

What we delete: your account (name, email, password), your sign-in on every phone, your device IDs, and the location readings and sync details linked to you.

What we keep, and for how long: records of deliveries and vehicle use (trips, weighbridge tickets, proof of delivery, fuel and maintenance records) are business and tax records. We keep them for up to 7 years, as Malaysian law requires, and then delete them. Your name is removed from them where the law allows.

You can also ask us by the same email to see or correct your information.

Children

The app is for adult TQ Kuari employees and contractors only. It is not meant for children.

Changes

If we change how the app uses your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
